Job Description
The ERP Program Manager reports to the Manager of IS Business Applications. The person in this role leads support for the ERP system, including configuration, feature adoption, change management, training, testing, integration, reporting and security. Additionally, the position includes interaction with end users in HR, Payroll, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather requirements, build solutions, resolve issues, oversee change management, coordinate testing, drive validation, guide strategy, and coordinate with leadership. The scope of work in this capacity includes prioritization of concurrent projects with discrete start and end dates as well as ongoing support with consistent standards and implementation of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Supply Chain system
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery
  • Lead governance process, road-mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning for the Workday system
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and adoption of the Workday system, including the development of business cases and identifying opportunities to sunset or consolidate systems
  • Oversee Workday system maintenance, managing changes, and ensuring customer requirements are met
  • Evaluate feasibility of Workday system modifications and enhancements
  • Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects
  • Overall accountability for Workday data governance, security and compliance
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of Workday system functions, processes and capabilities
  • Coordinate with Workday on any open service tickets, periodic meetings and reviews with the customer success manager, and any other activities
  • Develop and promote continuous learning within the organization and support team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years related work experience OR Master’s degree in a related field with 2 years related work experience
  • Degree in information technology, industrial engineering or engineering, business or health care preferred
  • Demonstrated skill and experience in supporting ERP systems
  • 2+ years of Workday production management experience with Workday Pro certification preferred.
  • Experience with Visio, flow diagrams, SharePoint or other collaboration tools
  • Experience with Project, Smartsheet, Basecamp or other project management tools
  • Leadership and project management experience required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills up to executive level
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure agile environment
  • Moderate to expert levels of knowledge around IT, business processes and healthcare sector concepts and trends
  • Experience in system designs and workflow, identifying solutions, multi-tasking and managing multiple types of support activities, successfully interacting with clients, problem solving and initiating corrective project actions
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
Certification or related experience in at least two areas of knowledge within the Workday ERP system.

Salary Range:
$64.27 - $96.41 USD Hourly
