Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Support the development of event marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities and target audiences.
- Help track event budgets and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in managing event registration processes and attendee communications.
- Collect and analyse post-event feedback to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all events.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong organizsational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with design software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
