10th Street Distillery is an operational distillery with gleaming copper pot stills and hundreds of barrels of whisky. We are looking to create memorable, one of a kind experiences through events for our customers at our unique in Silicon Valley location, a stone's throw away from downtown San Jose and close to the San Jose Convention Center.

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Sales Associate at a brand new luxury distillery and become a key player in a company that values excellence, innovation, and premium quality.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-end clientele, providing personalized service to meet their unique tastes and preferences.
  • Work with corporate customers, both local and those coming in town for conventions to create unique experiences for their employees and customers
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the luxury spirits sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to create compelling sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct distillery tours and tastings, showcasing our premium spirits and the craftsmanship behind them.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to position our brand as a leader in the luxury spirits market.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our customers from initial contact through their entire relationship with our brand.
  • Must be able to works nights and weekends depending on event

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding service.
  • Two plus years record in sales, preferably within the luxury, technology or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with discerning clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM proficiency

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary dependent upon experience

Base Salary: 60-72K with 100% bonus potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
