Event Server

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Venue Servers to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As an Event Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, well-cared for, and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Smart Serve is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
