Event Server | Grange Catering

The Grange Restaurant Group, which includes Wayland Brewing Company, West Rose, The Grange Community Kitchen, & The Grange Outpost is expanding to include off-site weddings & large events.

This role will include events at The Grange (Hamburg), West Rose (Ellicottville), & off-site venues across Western New York.

Server & Bartender Responsibilities

• Prioritize the details of service appropriately & adapt to constantly changing priorities
• Display positive & enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Knowledge of all items being served, allergies, cooking technique, flavor profile including all possible substitutions
• Observe and adhere to proper serving etiquette and techniques according to Grange Group standards
• Pour water, pass hors d’oeuvres, run drinks & food, clear guests.
• Accurately answer guests’ questions about the event, food, & beverage
• Address and resolve any questions or complaints promptly & politely. Escalating issues through the proper channels as needed
• Adhere to grooming, conduct, and uniform standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
