The Team
The Global and EMEA Internal Events Intern is part of PVH Corp's People’s Place Department, which is responsible for all associate experiences and fostering a strong company culture by utilizing spaces in creative ways, curating memorable events, cultivating belonging, and driving engagement.


A day in the life of our Global and EMEA Internal Events intern


  • Assist in Event Planning & Coordination:
Gain hands-on experience by helping the team with planning and coordinating exciting internal events for PVH associates. You'll get the chance to learn how to manage event logistics, from booking spaces, attendee registration and invites to organizing catering and setting up virtual or hybrid platforms.
  • Support Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with internal teams like catering, communications, and facilities, as well as external vendors. You'll have the opportunity to build your communication skills by assisting in keeping everyone informed and ensuring all event needs are met.
  • Help Create Memorable Associate Experiences:
Be a part of designing and delivering creative event experiences that engage and delight PVH associates. You'll contribute to brainstorming ideas and get a chance to bring those ideas to life through both virtual, live and hybrid events.
  • Gain Insight into Budget Management:
Learn the basics of managing event budgets by tracking expenses, assisting with vendor quotes, and helping the team ensure that events are delivered within budget. It's a great way to develop your financial skills.
  • Learn from Event Evaluation & Feedback:
Participate in gathering feedback after each event to understand what worked and what can be improved. This will help you gain insights into event planning and execution, while also giving you the chance to contribute ideas for future improvements.

Be all of you
  • Pursuing a Degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a Related Field:
Currently studying or recently graduated from a relevant program that provides foundational knowledge of event planning, hospitality, or corporate communications.
  • Strong Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially when working on multiple projects or helping with various stages of event planning. A keen eye for detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word):
Basic knowledge of these tools is important for creating event timelines, managing budgets, and preparing presentations or event briefs.
  • Familiarity with Virtual Event Platforms & Tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.):
Comfort with technology and experience (even academic or personal) using virtual meeting platforms will be beneficial for supporting hybrid and online events.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written):
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on event details and updates.

Internship must-haves
  • Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
  • Eligible to work within the EU
  • Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
  • Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
  • Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
