Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for the CFO and COO
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Screen and prioritize communications, including email and phone correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings and board interactions
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with preparation and organization of financial reports, operational updates, and strategic documents
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and ensure timely follow-through on action items
- Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and expense tracking as needed
- Help streamline processes and improve administrative workflows within the executive office
- Track key projects and deadlines on behalf of the CFO and COO
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, memos, and communications
- Serve as a liaison between executives, leadership team members, and external partners
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Prepare travel packets and ensure executives are fully briefed for meetings and events
- Process expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in finance, operations, or a fast-growth company
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate executive needs
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting finance or operations executives
- Familiarity with financial documents, budgeting processes, and operational reporting
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries
- Project management experience or certification
