Are you a highly organized, polished professional ready to support top-level leadership?

We are looking for a sophisticated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a sharp mind, a professional image, and the ability to manage complex schedules with grace and precision.

What You Will Do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact and organizational anchor for our leadership:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Masterfully manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and ensure the executive is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange detailed travel itineraries (local and international), including transportation, accommodation, and visas where applicable.
  • High-Level Correspondence: Handle professional emails, letters, and phone calls with the utmost discretion and professional tone.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports. You will often take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Marketing Support: Utilize your marketing background to assist with brand-related tasks, executive social media presence, or marketing-related research as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Act as a gatekeeper for sensitive information, ensuring total discretion in all matters.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate, preferably in a Business-related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant or Personal Secretary to high-level management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing is required to support cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a polished, professional image and a "pleasing personality" suitable for representing the executive office.
  • A dynamic, millennial-minded professional—tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to think two steps ahead.
