You will have a solid and proven track record as an Executive Assistant. This is a permanent position.


Key Responsibilities


  • Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Environmental, Planning, Infrastructure and Construction Practice Group and wider Commercial team.
  • Comprehensive email and diary management
  • Manage AML requirements for client onboarding, ensuring all procedures are followed
  • Management of billing process to include time entry, invoicing, client account balances and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Managing audit/accrual requests for clients
  • Maintain electronic files, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Production, editing and formatting of legal documents and templates
  • Digital dictation
  • Co-ordinating travel arrangements, meetings and itineraries
  • Processing Expenses
  • Maintaining and updating client database
  • Ad-hoc duties as required


Skills Knowledge and Expertise


  • 4+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary PA/EA.
  • Commercial experience beneficial but not essential.
  • In-depth experience with Client Billing/Payments systems.
  • Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Typing skills of at least 70 words per minute.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Team player, who can also work on their own initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
