Executive Assistant For Country Manager . Get As Much As 70k!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the company's Country Head.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for Country Head.
  • Proactively manage incoming and outgoing communications within the Country Head's Office, liaising on behalf of the Country Head when required.
  • Coordinate executive management meetings including preparation, documentation and follow through/closed loop.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Coordinate, network, and develop relations and connections with external entities and personalities as may be required to further the business interests of the company
  • Manage all travel logistics, including accommodation, activities, and transportation bookings as requested by the Country Head.
  • Organization of key events and activities, as required.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance with other duties as required by the Country Head.

Requirements:

  • Amenable working in Makati and Mandaluyong
  • Amenable to working on night shift or on shifting schedules
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as an EA in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, adapting across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Self-starter, has initiative, can work independently and highly organized.
  • Amicable, with pleasing personality; yet assertive, can build strong relations.
  • With high level understanding of taking ownership
  • Discreet and can maintaing confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
  • Has great sense of integrity.
  • Has high attention to details with an uncompromising focus on output quality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,500.00 per month
