Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in facilitating smooth operations and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, and respond appropriately on behalf of executives.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating team efforts.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and business initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and company functions, managing logistics and vendor relationships.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and fostering positive relationships.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve office operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team collaboration skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
