Key Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Duties
- Drive the Managing Director to and from office, meetings, events, and appointments.
- Provide transport assistance to the MD’s Secretary as instructed.
- Maintain punctuality and follow daily schedule as coordinated by MD’s office.
- Standy to drive for VIP as and when or Chairman covering duty.
- Ensure safe driving practices and route planning to avoid delays.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep
- Perform daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, tires, lights, brakes, etc.).
- Ensure regular servicing and cleanliness (interior and exterior).
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
- Maintain vehicle logbook (mileage, trips, fuel, service records).
3. Confidentiality and Professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD’s and company matters.
- Display a courteous and respectful attitude at all times.
- Dress in a professional manner suitable for corporate environment.
4. Administrative Support (Occasional)
- Assist in simple errands for MD’s office (e.g., document delivery, pickup of supplies).
- Support with loading/unloading luggage or materials during travel.
