Primary Role: Project Management Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and oversee construction projects from site implementation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop and implement project strategies, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients, contractors, regulatory authorities and end-users
Lead and coordinate project meetings, providing directions and problem-solving support.
Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and obligations, safety regulations, industry standards and local building codes
Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and project documentation, if required
Ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Supporting Role: Resident Engineer Responsibilities

Supervise construction works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical and design issues.
Monitor construction progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Provide technical guidance to contractors and project teams.
Liaise with relevant authorities for inspections, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, non-compliance reports, and corrective actions.
Verify quality assurance measures and enforce safety regulations on-site.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Recognized Resident Engineer certification by IES/ACES
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and site supervision.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with local building codes, authority approvals, and contract specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Knowledge of Autocad, BIM and PSSCOC is a bonus
