Experienced Barista For Goatstown Cafe (Full Time)

We are seeking a dedicated coffee loving, Full-Time Experienced Barista to join our dynamic team at our new location in Goatstown.

We're looking for someone who can prepare amazing coffee for our new customers and ensure consistent quality in every cup.

Our team are known for their excellent customer service and rapport with the customers so we'd love someone who can slot into this environment.

We also want someone who can maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a great overall customer experience.

Weekend availability is required but we'll always work with you to ensure you have a great work / life balance. Our full timers are generally Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Previous barista experience is essential.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (latte art is a bonus!) and the ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee beverages.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work area.
