About the role

Panini Brothers is seeking dedicated and experienced Team Leader and Bakery Manager, Baristas and Cafe all-rounders, Retail Shop Assistants to join our busy Bakery/Cafe in Newton, SA 5074. This is a casual opportunity (Full-Time possibilities for the right applicant) to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy cafe/bakery and provide exceptional customer service.

What you will be doing

• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining and take away experience for all the customers
• Prepare high quality rolls/focaccias
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, food and refreshments
• Maintaining a clean and organised cafe/bakery environment
• Supervising and supporting a team of cafe staff (for Team Leader and Manager roles)
• Providing guidance and training to staff members

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar Hospitality & Tourism role, ideally have worked within the busy environment
• Strong barista skills and experience with coffee machine operation
• Excellent customer service with a big welcoming smile and a bubbly personality
• Exceptional and clear communication abilities
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• For supervisory roles, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• You must be available on the weekends and must be able to do opens and closes
