ThunderRoad Café, located in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant Temple Bar district, is currently seeking an Experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. We are a busy, high-volume restaurant known for great food, electric atmosphere, and excellent service. We’re looking for someone with extensive bartending experience who can handle the pace, deliver outstanding customer service, and make exceptional cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
• Collaborate with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive bartending experience in a busy, high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Proven cocktail-making skills and a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary drinks.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.50-€16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
