We are currently seeking a dependable and highly motivated Commercial Fence Installer to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Commercial Fence Installer, you will play a critical role in building high-quality fencing systems for a variety of commercial projects. This position requires strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for installing commercial-grade fencing systems, while also supporting residential projects as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install a variety of commercial fencing systems including chain link, security fence, gates, and related components
• Assist with residential fence installations when needed
• Perform layout, digging, setting posts, and installing fence systems to specification
• Work both independently and within a team environment
• Operate hand tools and powered equipment (augers, skid steers, etc.)
• Read pack slips and ensure proper materials are staged for each job
• Maintain clean, organized job sites, trucks, and equipment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Experience in commercial fence installation preferred (chain link, security fence, gates, etc.)
• Minimum of 1+ year experience in construction or related field
• Ability to read job layouts and follow project specifications
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds regularly
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (4x10 schedule with Fridays as a flex day)
• Availability for weekends and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Forklift and equipment experience (preferred)
• Dependability is non-negotiable
