• Serving beverages in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Engaging with customers in a friendly & helpful way.
• Upselling where possible.
• Working behind the bar preparing & serving drinks if required.
• Processing payments on the register.
• Ensuring that customers feel welcome, comfortable & are encouraged to stay & return.
• Work as a team player.
• Collecting & washing glasses.
• Ensure the bar & tables are kept clean & organised.
