What we are looking for

We are looking for experienced SKILLED LABOURERS to join our company. By skilled you have to have at an absolute minimum of 6 years experience in a similar & varied general construction role. If you do not have this experience, please do not apply for the job..

What the role involves:

• Assisting all trades on site within a residential building environment
• Temporary works including propping and demolition in a safe manner
• Ground works including installation of radon barriers and drainage etc (Preferred)
• Operating a range of power tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site at all times
• Taking in material deliveries and placing them where they are needed. This includes checking all dockets on arrival to site
• Being proactive around what tasks are to be done on site and being self motivated in this regard, along with being capable of following instructions well from management and other senior staff

Minimum requirements

• Min 6 years general construction experience
• Safe Pass (Required)
• Manual Handling (Preferred)
• Working at heights (Preferred)
• Full driving licence (preferred) You must be able to commute to North Dublin reliably each day

Pay: €42,000.00-€46,000.00 per year
