Experienced Repair Person/ Painter

We are seeking an experienced Repair Person to join our team. Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and testing equipment
• Perform repairs and maintenance on rental homes.
• Painting experience a plus
• Remove, Install and Repair Fences
• Document repair procedures, parts used, and work performed for record-keeping and future reference
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during repair activities

Skills

• Proven experience as a Repair Person or similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
