Experienced Sales Advisor

We are looking for new talent for our independent jewellery store in Dublin's city centre! We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Advisor who is a natural people person and enjoys helping customers find their perfect piece. The ideal candidate will be honest, hard working , punctual and flexible with great customer service skills. The role is currently 4 days per week but must be flexible to work full time during busy periods and to assist with holiday cover when required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in jewellery sales or within an independent store.
• A love of working with people and excellent customer service skills
• A knowledge of Shopify is an advantage
• Weekend availability
• Good I.T. skills
• Flexible, punctual, hard working, a good team player.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and providing friendly advice and knowledge of all our independent designers.
• Keeping the store tidy and organised
• Responding to customer enquiries and fulfilling online orders
• Dealing with incoming stock
• Visual Merchandising
• Opening and closing of store as required
• Reconciling till at end of day

Salary: from 15.50 per hour dependent on experience

Hours 32 to 40 hours per week
