Purpose and Mission

As Sales and Key Account Manager in our steel wire solutions division, you’re in charge of developing the long-term strategy (5 yrs rolling strategic plans) for own accounts (Nordics & UK) and orchestrating its execution by coordinating actions across departments and regions.

You build deep, long term relationships with own accounts by positioning oneself as a dedicated resource for these key accounts, committed to helping them solve their problems, realize their business goals, and achieve success.

Leverages the relationship to ensure sustainable added value to the accounts as well as Bekaert (in terms of top-line & bottom-line).

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • You will ensure full account transparency by gathering customer and competitor intelligence data as inputs for understanding the strategic intent of the account and its key priorities and business goals.
  • Develop the strategy resulting in a business plan and orchestrates the execution.
  • Leverage value creation through capturing opportunities and developing deep relationships, trust and gravitas at all levels of the organization internally and externally within the account organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a sales role in a technical environment.
  • Experience in defining a key account strategy.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Previous work experience within Paper and Pulp market required.
  • Willing for frequent travel within the Nordics and UK.
  • Fluent in Swedish & English.
