Group Functions
Truesec consists of several Business Units who act as partners towards our customers within various different areas of cyber security. The group function supports with e.g. Governance Security and Compliance, Marketing, People & Culture, and Finance and do so both locally and globally. All functions act and collaborate with the organization with a business objective in mind as the tasks are crucial for Truesec to continue to prevent cyber breach and minimize impact.
The Role
As Facilities Manager, you will ensure Truesec’s offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Finland, and Denmark are secure, compliant, and inspiring places where employees enjoy working. You will focus on physical security, supplier and contract management, and planning, while fostering a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment that supports both productivity and well-being.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fostering an office environment that prioritizes employee well-being, ensuring it is attractive, functional, and meets Truesec’s security and compliance standards.
- Managing supplier relationships and service contracts for all facility-related services (cleaning, security, maintenance, utilities), ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.
- Developing, documenting, and continuously improving office routines and processes, such as those related to access controls and handling external visitors.
- Planning and coordinating renovations, office moves, and space utilization to accommodate company growth and evolving work patterns.
- Overseeing and implementing physical security measures, including management of alarm systems, access controls, and visitor management.
- Ensuring supplier security requirements are documented and followed in all relevant agreements.
- Collaborating with the GSC department to ensure all facility operations and supplier relationships meet information security and compliance standards.
- Managing onboarding and off-boarding processes from a facilities and access management perspective.
- Receiving, prioritizing, and resolving support tickets and facility-related requests from employees.
- Managing the reception staff and security guards.
Your Potential Background
We believe you have proven experience in facilities management and supplier/contract management, preferably in a multi-site or international environment. You have a solid understanding of physical security and workplace safety, and are adept at procurement, supplier audits, and service level agreements. You are a strong project manager, planner, and organizer, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You are fluent in English and Swedish; other Nordic languages are a plus. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially GSC, IT, and local office stakeholders, and are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in facilities management and supplier/contract management, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
- Solid understanding of physical security and workplace safety.
- Experience with procurement, supplier audits, and service level agreements.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
Bonus Skills
- Fluency in other Nordic languages.
- Experience managing facilities in a high-security or regulated environment.
- Familiarity with information security and compliance requirements in a corporate setting.
- Experience with office expansions, renovations, or moves across multiple countries.
- Proven experience from working according to SSF200 is a plus.
Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
