Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including logic controllers and high voltage equipment
• Conduct HVAC system maintenance and repairs
• Operate scissor lifts for maintenance tasks at various heights
• Analyze equipment using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools
• Conduct industrial maintenance tasks to keep machinery running smoothly
• Perform stick welding for repairs as needed

Experience

Required:

• Experience in industrial maintenance and facilities upkeep
• Proficiency in HVAC systems maintenance
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and perform high voltage work
• Knowledge of logic controllers and stick welding techniques

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with militarised facilities maintenance
