Lake Auto Group is looking to hire a hardworking and dependable individual to maintain our large dealerships and properties!
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, your main Job Tasks and Responsibilities will be:
- Perform preventative building maintenance under limited supervision
- Operate high power and/or high voltage equipment, such as: walk behind floor scrubbers, pressure washers, snow blowers, riding lawnmowers, leaf blowers, truck mounted snowplows/salters, scissor lifts, etc.
- Forklift, skid-steer and scissor lift certifications are preferred, but we are more than willing to have a Certified Trainer come onsight to train and certify you in all three, at our expense
- Window repairs and/or replacements
- Changing light bulbs and fixtures
- Light carpentry repairs to drywall, carpeting and/or tile
- Moving and setting up furniture and equipment
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies
- Ability to use and maintain power tools: circular saws, drills, etc.
- Minor repairs or adjustments to overhead doors
- Assist with masonry and asphalt inspections and repairs
- Mowing and trimming of grass areas and hedges
- Snow removal from entrances and sidewalks
- Inspect and replace filters on HVAC units
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of facility and/or building maintenance experience
- Satisfactory work record and attendance
- High School Diploma
- Valid WI driver’s license
