Who We Are:

Our cutting-edge installation techniques are designed for efficiency and durability, allowing us to operate year-round and meet all our customers' fencing needs.

Your Role:

• Skillfully use tools like drills and saws.
• Lift materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Work outdoors, which includes walking, standing, kneeling, and being exposed to the elements.
• Apply construction knowledge in framing and building.
• Measure and cut materials accurately.
• Read diagrams and site plans (preferred).
• Show leadership through communication, diligence, honesty, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Transport materials, install panels, hang gates, and maintain sites and vehicles.

Join Us If You Have:

• A valid MN driver's license.
• Your own transportation (to work).
• The ability to clear a criminal background check.
• The fitness to pass a DOT medical exam (covered by us).

Ready to Start:

Prepare for a full-time role with 40+ hours a week, including overtime paid at 1.5x.

Compensation Details:

• Entry-Level Installer: $18 - $24/hour
• Mid-Level Installer: $25 - $30/hour
• Crew Leader Roles: $30 - $50/hour
