Fencing Labourer

Now Hiring: Reliable Labourers for Our Fence Contracting Company

We are actively looking for hardworking and dependable labourers to join our fencing crew. If you thrive in outdoor environments, take pride in quality workmanship, and are ready for consistent full-time work, we want you on our crew.

Key Duties:

• Fence removal and jobsite cleanup
• New fence layout and installation
• Building braces and supports
• Stapling and securing wire/fencing materials
• Driving ATVs on job sites
• Operation of various battery and gas powered tools
• Greasing, pre-tripping, and basic maintenance of equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to stay in work camp when required (camp accommodations provided)
• Physically fit and prepared for 50+ hours per week
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Prior experience in fencing or construction is an asset, but not required — we provide full training for motivated candidates.
