Field Sales Representative

Join our team at MagickWoods, a leading cabinet manufacturer experiencing rapid growth and seeking talented individuals to contribute to our success! The Field Sales Representative will represent, promote, and grow all MagickWoods programs in our retail partners, while capturing market share from existing competitors. Sales for this product will be gained through product sales training, competitive analysis, and computer design program training, this position reports to the Director of Sales

Accountabilities:

• Grow and maintain all our MagickWoods programs at our retail partners in the Southern California region.
• Train and become mentors for retail associates.
• Assist designers in closing store sales.
• Manage sales visits to each partner in the territory. This requires the ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays to cover the entire territory.
• Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers.
• Other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Outgoing, driven personality
• Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with large home centers
• Willingness to learn
• Kitchen design experience strongly preferred
• 20.20 Design software experience strongly preferred
• Willing to travel 25% outside of the region.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, preferred, but not required, and or related field preferred; or 3-4 years of sales experience within the cabinet industry.
