Field Service Technician / Coffee Machine Technician - Angeles, Pampanga

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable Field Service Technician /Coffee Machine Technician to join our team. In this role, you will service, repair, and maintain different types of coffee machines, blenders, grinders and ice makers to ensure they work properly and produce high-quality coffee. You will also help with installing machines and training customers on how to use and maintain them.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair coffee machines/ ice machines, blenders, grinders chillers
• Troubleshoot issues using tools and manuals.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Install and set up coffee machines at customer sites.
• Train customers on basic operation and upkeep.
• Provide technical support by phone, email, or on-site.
• Must be willing to do field works
• Keep records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate or equivalent, vocational/technical training is a plus.
• Experience in machine repair or technical support is preferred.
• Comfortable using tools, testing equipment, and reading manuals or diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• With Valid Driver's License and can drive
• Able to lift heavy equipment (coffee machine) and work in different physical positions.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Field Technician: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• NC or Vocational Certificate (Preferred)
