Field Service Technician- Subcontractor Position In Red Deer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team as a Subcontractors in Regina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repairs for our clients' equipment, ensuring their optimal functionality.

Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain DSL, TV, Home Phone services.
· Deliver exceptional customer service during the installation or repair visit

· Excellent communication skills with ability to offer different product and services to existing and new customers. It must meet sales target set up by company.

· Install or repair Phone, Internet, TV and Smart Home Security

· Perform testing and diagnosing the service up to the highest standard

· Complete inventory tracking software

· Responsible for the successful completion of a daily workload

· Constantly meeting the performance metrics

· Be able to follow the established safety rules and practice

· Able to climb the ladders and work safely on the heights when required
- Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks

Experience
- telecommunication or/and sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Must have Van/Truck

- Must have Own Tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
