Role Summary:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing active pool renovation projects and supporting daily field operations. This role coordinates crews across multiple job sites and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards and project specifications.


The Field Supervisor provides on-site leadership, monitors project progress, and addresses issues in real time to keep work on schedule. This role requires hands-on construction knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


The Field Supervisor serves as a key point of coordination in the field, ensuring alignment between crews, project requirements, and operational expectations.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, field-based position with a schedule that varies based on project demands and seasonal workload. Workdays typically begin early in the morning, and hours may extend later in the day during peak seasons to ensure project completion. This role is performed primarily on active job sites rather than in an office setting.


Scope of Role:

  • Manage daily operations across active pool renovation job sites
  • Lead crews and provide clear direction on work execution, productivity, and quality standards
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications, holding team members accountable for workmanship and consistency
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep work on schedule
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues early and ensure timely resolution of any deficiencies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure job sites are prepared with the materials, equipment, and labor needed for efficient execution
  • Train, coach, and provide real-time feedback to team members on proper techniques, safety practices, and company expectations
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to leadership
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
  • Ensure proper use and care of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Support final walkthroughs and ensure projects are completed to standard

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, renovation, or a related trade
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Solid understanding of job sequencing and construction quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a field-based environment
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both field crews and office staff
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions

Work Conditions:

Work is primarily performed on active job sites and requires frequent travel between locations to oversee project operations and ensure work is completed according to plan.

The position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions, and operate within active construction environments. The role also involves regular communication in person and by phone, and may require lifting or moving materials up to approximately 50 pounds as needed.


The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $72,000 annually, based on experience.
