Finance & Accounting Associate - (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs end to end General Ledger/Accounts Payable process for assigned account/s, typically moderate to complex process structure.
• Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications.
• Escalates any concerns immediately to his/her superiors.
• Reviews and validates any AP/GL related documents and reports
• Prepares and Investigate Accounts Payable ageing report
• Provides ad hoc reports, RCA’s, recommendations as needed.
• Ensures Accuracy and Timeliness are achieved as per agreed SLA.
• Complies according to AP Work Instructions
• Adheres to monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliation of AP activities
• Adapts to any approved changes in processes as required by the business, client or government
• Participates in training, development and other company activities
• Identifies improvement in the process and communicates to the team
• Performs other tasks as required.

Baseline Qualification:

• Graduate of any 4 year Business and Finance course.
• 0-6 months to 1 year in Finance, Accounting and BPO field.
• More than 1 year Experience in General Ledger and Accounts Payable Process.
• Knowledgeable in Accounting system (SAP)
• Open for fresh graduates
• Amenable to work in CDO office as hybrid setup.
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
