Finance & Accounting Officer

Finance & Accounting Officer Topbliss Solutions Inc. | Full-Time | On-site

We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Officer who can keep our books accurate, our reports on time, and our financial decisions grounded in solid data. You'll work closely with leadership and across departments — not just crunching numbers but helping the business make smarter moves.

What You'll Do:

• Record daily financial transactions — sales, expenses, collections, disbursements
• Prepare monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Track e-commerce metrics: Gross Profit, Net Profit, ROAS, shipping costs
• Monitor cash position and manage disbursements
• Analyze budget vs. actual variances and flag concerns
• Maintain audit-ready records and support tax compliance
• Implement and improve Finance SOPs
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and HR on financial data

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of accounting/finance experience (e-commerce background is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and bookkeeping
• Familiar with Philippine tax compliance
• Advanced in Google Sheets or Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and accountable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
