Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a superstar Finance Administrator who thrives on accuracy and efficiency to join our dynamic Accounts team.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other key administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You’ll help maintain robust systems and processes that guarantee the integrity of our financial information and compliance with company policies.
Your work will vary from day to day with your key responsibilities including
- Accounting Services: Processing credit card statements, travel cards, and rates accurately and on time. Managing rebates and network rates, and handling invoicing and debtor processes.
- General Ledger: Reconciling debtor accounts and completing bank reconciliations promptly.
- Reporting: Delivering timely, accurate reports that support decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and assisting with implementing improvements.
- Support: Providing backup for Accounts Payable and other team tasks as needed.
Qualifications

As well as being an awesome team player with lots of initiative and ‘get up and go’, you will have
- Previous finance/ accounts administration experience .
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively.
- A relevant accounting qualification is an advantage though not essential
