Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible to promote a positive customer experience when dealing with schools and internal stakeholders at all levels in regards to their invoices and cash payments. This role is required to maintain accurate AR records to meet IB audit requirements. To review existing AR processes, identify system issues, recommend process improvement and AR partner role with internal departments within the IB.

The Finance Analyst is responsible for the global billing & receipting efforts. The billing fees includes Annual, Examination, Enquiry upon results, Workshops, Evaluations and other fees. The Finance Analyst has the responsibilities for issuance & application of invoices/credit notes, resolving issues with customers and stakeholders; maintain files for manual billing and other billing matters.

The Finance Analyst also has the responsibilities for cash, credit card, wire transfers and lockbox application, reconciliation with internal and external stakeholders, write off/ refund, to clear unidentified & unapplied amounts and other receipting matters.
