Job Title: Finance Analyst

Employment Type: Probationary

Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City

Work Schedule : 48 hours compressed work week; 2 Rest Days

Availability : ASAP to 15 days

Interview Process: Initial Interview (TA); Final Interview (Manager)

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelors' degree graduate of any Finance related course

· 3-4 years of experience in Finance Analyst

· With exposure in Profit and Loss Analysis

· Knowledgeable in using Power BI

· MS Excel Expert

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Daily Checking of entries in Xero

· Checking of Invoices, Revolving Fund, Check Disbursement

· Book Checking of Financial Reports

· Revenue Reconciliation Reports for PNL

· Preparation of BRM Incentives

· Monitoring/Uploading of Accruals for Xero

· Monitoring of Fixed Assets for Xero

· Preparation of Revenue vs Incidentals PNL Report and Analysis

· Individual PO report (Excel)

· Overall Adjusted PNL report (Power BI)

· Quarterly Preparation of Talent Acquisition Commission

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per day
