Finance And Accounting Analyst

We are a Singapore-based family office with investments across Indonesia and internationally, including real estate, leisure, hospitality and operating businesses.

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance, Accounting & Tax Associate to support financial operations across the group. This role provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of a growing investment platform — from accounting and reporting to project budgeting and coordination with global advisors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Consolidate monthly financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Prepare management reporting packs for the family office
• Maintain accounting records and supporting schedules
• Assist in period closing processes

2. AR/AP & Transaction Management

• Process invoices, payments and receipts
• Monitor receivables and payables across entities
• Maintain vendor and partner records
• Support cash management and reconciliations

3. Investment & Project Support

• Track budgets and expenditures for investments and projects
• Support financial reporting for operating businesses and properties
• Maintain investment performance tracking and summaries
• Assist with financial analysis and ad-hoc requests

4. Tax, Compliance & Coordination

• Coordinate with accounting, tax, legal and fiduciary service providers (Indonesia & international)
• Prepare documentation for filings and audits
• Maintain compliance calendars and documentation
• Support structuring and administrative requirements for new investments

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in accounting, audit, finance or tax (Big 4 preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (required)
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple entities/projects
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating with international teams
