Finance And Accounting Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Lead to join our team. This role involves handling general accounting functions, financial reporting, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and taxation, ensuring accuracy and managing the financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Handle tax compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate tax filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare financial reporting, budget preparation, and audit requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Manage the team to ensure delivery of targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with tax exposure.
• Knowledge of BIR tax regulations, filings, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
