The Offer:

Starting salary of ₱28,000. With consistent salary increases every 6 months, ₱2,000 to ₱6,000 per cycle upon strong appraisals. Long-term promotion opportunities up to ₱200,000 per month as you grow into senior leadership.

What You Will Actually Do:

The Finance Side:

• Handle day-to-day financial operations including accounting, payroll processing, collections monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and record-keeping.
• Monitor company budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial planning.
• Coordinate with other departments to support sales, marketing, and operations with accurate financial data.
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements including timely filing of relevant forms and tax documentation.

The AI Side:

• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive financial tasks, accelerate reporting, and improve accuracy across all financial workflows.
• Use AI-assisted platforms to generate financial summaries, flag anomalies, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Research and propose AI and automation solutions that strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Develop internal finance SOPs and templates that embed AI tools into daily workflows.
• Monitor developments in AI and bring forward proposals for adoption that improve how we manage money.

Where They Meet:

• Build smarter financial systems that reduce manual work without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.
• Provide input for strategies that strengthen overall company financial sustainability.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial data is always current, clear, and actionable.
• Represent the finance function with integrity, speed, and the kind of proactive communication that makes leadership trust the numbers.

What You Should Know How To Do:

Finance:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial software.
• Knowledge of basic BIR compliance and Philippine tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.

AI Tools and Automation:

• Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent platforms for financial research, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Make or Zapier for streamlining financial processes is a plus.
• Ability to identify repetitive tasks and design AI-powered solutions around them.

The Universal Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Deadline discipline and clear, proactive communication.
• Collaborative attitude with a bias toward speed and accuracy.
• Curiosity about how things can be done better, always.
