We seek a Finance and Insurance Specialist to join our elite team in Cheltenham.

If you are a customer service champion who works well in a team environment, who is ambitious
with an understanding of finance, then we want to hear from you!

Duties and responsibilities

• Presenting finance and insurance options to our guests.
• Nurturing the relationship between Sales and Finance & Insurance.
• Negotiation with Financiers to maximize acceptance levels.
• Full and final settlement of Vehicle Sales contracts.
• High level of interaction with Sales team to their success.
• Adhere to dealership policy and compliance processes.
• Achieve budget requirements and KPI’s.
• Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and happy workplace culture.

Skills & experience

• Experience in either sales or finance and insurance is preferred but not essential

• A desire to learn and achieve success in a highly specialised role is essential.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with genuine desire to succeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Current driver's license.
• Current Criminal History Check.

Experience in either finance, banking or insurance is beneficial but not essential as we are willing
to train and invest in the candidate who best meets our criteria.
