The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the company’s financial activities, operational processes, and administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong accounting expertise and a proactive approach to managing a variety of tasks across finance, logistics, and HR.

Financial Management

• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts.
• Manage project costings and budgets.
• Handle and process customer and supplier invoices.
• Process payroll and VAT returns.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
• Prepare tender documentation and quotations.
• Oversee the preparation of invoices and financial reports.

Operations and Logistics

• Negotiate rental agreements and insurance contracts.
• Handle logistics, including shipping terms and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and maintain an efficient supply chain.

Human Resources

• Prepare employment contracts from templates and oversee HR functions.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Facilitate onboarding, payroll, and benefits management.

Administrative and Strategic Support

• Support the preparation of project tenders and proposals.
• Assist in strategic planning by providing insights on financial and operational performance.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Assisting in the review, from time-to-time, of NDA’s, Contracts and other documents.

• Professional Accounting Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in a similar role.
• Good attention to detail
• Hands-on, can-do attitude
