At Original Irish Hotels we have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Finance Team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller ,the finance administrator supports the accounting function particularly on invoicing, processing credit card payments, customer queries, as well as day-to-day office tasks. Previous accounts experience can be advantageous but if you have great communication, strong organisational skills and are detail orientated then you might just be what we’re looking for. Full training will be provided.
This is a full-time position , there is some flexibility of hours , however the role requires a minimum of 30 hours a week over 4 days and is predominately office based. Competitive salary available.
Duties will include:
· Liaising with hotels to assist with queries and reservation reconciliation process
· Communicating with our Suppliers and Customers with any finance queries and taking card payments
· Data Entry into the Finance & Reservations systems
· Support to the Finance and Reservations teams as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
· 5 years’ experience in Administration / Accounts.
· Proficient across the MS Office suite, particularly in Excel
· Organised and diligent with very strong attention to detail
· Excellent customer care skills
· Good analytical and numerical skills
· Highly motivated, and a team player
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Fluency in both written and verbal English essential.
