Finance Assistant

Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Finance Assistant based in Dublin to join its Finance Team.

Position:

The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

• Financial Administration, PO processing, expenses, supplier payments and account reconciliations;
• Support month-end close activities by preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, etc.;
• Collaborate with Irish and US finance team to coordinate invoicing, collections, and reporting across regions;
• Maintain and update financial data, spreadsheets, and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy;
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and support internal/external audits while maintaining confidentiality

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role;
• Fully or Part qualified ATI combined with strong practical experience;
• Previous experience in a VAT cross‑border operations;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work across time zones.

• Experience with accounting software Dynamics & Quickbooks
• Experience working with US or international teams.
