Finance Associate

About this opportunity :

Responsible for the Accounts Payable functions and provide support to Finance/Accountant as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete processing of supplier invoices.
• Initiate and distribute supplier payments.
• Enter month end accruals and prepayments.
• Assist in the preparation of month end financial statements.
• Process staff expense claim forms.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with internal purchasing procedures.
• Maintain cash balance for company and reporting cash.
• Assist in yearend budgeting process.
• File Sales & Use tax on monthly basis.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work/school experience
• 2 + years’ work experience
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in changing environment.

The annualized salary range for this position is $65,900.00 - $80,700.00
