Finance Associate

We, META Digitrading, are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Associate to support our Finance Department in handling day-to-day financial and accounting-related tasks. The Finance Associate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting internal financial processes, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in basic accounting and finance-related tasks
• Support the preparation, organization, and filing of financial documents and records
• Help track expenses, invoices, and internal financial data
• Assist in simple financial reports and data encoding as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding finance-related requests and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper handling of financial records
• Support compliance-related documentation and internal finance processes
• Perform other finance and administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With basic knowledge in accounting or finance principles
• Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications
• Organized, responsible, and able to follow procedures
• Willing to learn and work closely with the Finance Team

• Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping processes
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality and integrity
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting finance operations
