Taitara Mahi - Finance Business Partner

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. You'll provide clear, forward-looking financial insights to optimise budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation, while championing performance excellence.

Beyond numbers, you'll build strong relationships within the organisation and business units you support, coach managers to strengthen financial literacy, and play a pivotal part in the development of the long-term plan. You'll also drive business process improvements, streamline systems, and help embed a culture of innovation and accountability.

To succeed, you'll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in accounting (CAANZ membership desirable)
• 7+ years’ relevant experience in similar roles within complex organisations
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes
