Responsibilities

• Function as the primary finance partner for GAMB's European entities and G&A functions, supporting operational and functional leaders with financial insight and decision support
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, proactively engaging to understand objectives, challenges and performance drivers
• Provide forward-looking financial insight, including interpretation of trends, identification of risks and opportunities, and assessment of potential future scenarios
• Use historical financial information to explain performance outcome in a commercial context, while focusing discussions on future implications and actions
• Introducing novel approaches to analysis, communication and stakeholder engagement
• Applying strategic finance principles when evaluating initiatives, including assessment of risks, returns, trade-offs and resource allocation implications
• Fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and performance-driven decision-making
• Continuously refining the finance partnering model to maximise value to the business
• Collaborating with Lead FP&A Analysts to scope and prioritise analytical work through FP&A leadership, ensuring expectations are agreed and aligned
• Using AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and process efficiency while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to data protection and ethical standards
• Championing the use of AI-enabled tools to improve overall ways of working

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a finance business partnering, commercial finance or senior financial role
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand business models and operational drivers
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and extract meaningful insight
• Experience contributing to budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
