Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Cost & Business Partnering team. This role plays a key part in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and decision making across the organisation.

Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with the business to support planning, performance and decision making
• Preparing and delivering month end reporting and performance analysis
• End-to-end budgeting and forecasting
• Developing financial models and conducting scenario analysis
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and management reporting
• Identifying risks and opportunities and providing actionable insights
• Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting

What will you bring?

• You are a qualified finance professional with strong technical capability and commercial acumen. You bring a collaborative approach and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• CA or CPA qualification essential
• Strong experience in management accounting, reporting, and financial control
• Proven ability to deliver budgets, forecasts, and performance insights
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
