We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Cost & Business Partnering team. This role plays a key part in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and decision making across the organisation.
Working as part of an inclusive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with the business to support planning, performance and decision making
- Preparing and delivering month end reporting and performance analysis
- End-to-end budgeting and forecasting
- Developing financial models and conducting scenario analysis
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and management reporting
- Identifying risks and opportunities and providing actionable insights
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and reporting
What will you bring?
- You are a qualified finance professional with strong technical capability and commercial acumen. You bring a collaborative approach and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- CA or CPA qualification essential
- Strong experience in management accounting, reporting, and financial control
- Proven ability to deliver budgets, forecasts, and performance insights
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
