ING Australia's Finance division is on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner specializing in the Retail Banking Product space to join our team.
Yo will use your epertise to provide advice on all Finance related topics for our Retail Product Tribes. You’ll own the reporting function, analyzing and forecasting, providing insights to support and advice the business units on product profitability.
You’ll love this role if you enjoy providing regular ongoing deep dives on challenges and opportunities while facilitating strategic discussions with senior business leaders.

What you’ll do
- Engaging with Retail Tribes in delivery of the monthly Rolling Forecast including the 3-year Dynamic Plan. Actively challenging business e
- pectations to improve accuracy of the forecast to improve decision making.
- Taking ownership of transformative initiatives that require Finance involvement to drive ING strategic Priorities.
- Advise the Business Unit on pricing decisions and forecasted impacts.
- Report, analyze, and forecast financials, providing insightful analysis to support and advise business units on product profitability and KPIs.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to develop the level of understanding of reporting and services delivered by financial control to the business 3 -5 years banking/ Financial Services e
- perience. Advance level of Microsoft Ecel e
- perience
- A self-starter who is not afraid to challenge the business
- CPA/ CA qualified and / or relevant tertiary qualification in commerce/accounting.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders and influence senior management
- Enthusiasm to pick up and run with ad hoc projects, taking responsibility for their delivery in a professional manner
