Finance Clerk

Job Description:

Monteza Diversified Logistics Inc., a growing logistics and trucking company, is looking for a reliable and proactive Finance Officer who can manage financial operations, handle billing and payroll, ensure tax compliance, and assist with field-related tasks when needed. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional who is also comfortable driving for company transactions such as bank runs, permit renewals, or branch visits.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking

-Handle billing and invoicing, monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections

-Process payroll and remit government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

-Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for audit readiness

-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

-At least 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience, including billing and payroll

-Experience in logistics, trucking, or field-based services is a plus

-Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)

-Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 & 2 or equivalent) but not required

-Organized, proactive, and capable of handling both office and field tasks
